A promenade hotel, waterside resort and elevated address with a panorama are different choices. Check the actual room category and route to the beach. These cards never assume that every room has a sea view.

Belles Rives is a five-star waterside address with an Art Deco character. It combines Juan-les-Pins, dinner and proximity to the sea in an individual format rather than a large urban resort.
Hôtel Juana offers an Art Deco mood by Juan-les-Pins’ pine district. Combine walks, pool time and evenings rather than sleeping directly above the sand.
Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel is a small five-star property for days by the water. Contemporary design and a beach format distinguish it from the peninsula’s historic houses.
Royal Antibes combines urban Antibes, hotel rooms and a residence format. Choose the sea near the historic centre and the option of more spacious accommodation.
La Villa Cap d’Antibes offers an intimate four-star stay with a pool and garden mood. It is not La Villa Port d’Antibes: collection names resemble each other, but districts and logistics differ.
Château de la Messardière is a choice for hills, grounds and a complete resort day. Château describes the actual Airelles hotel ensemble rather than serving as a synonym for price.
La Réserve Ramatuelle is an address for sea panoramas, spa time and secluded hillside relaxation. It is geographically Ramatuelle even when the trip centres on Saint-Tropez.
Villa Marie Saint-Tropez is a five-star garden hotel in Ramatuelle municipality. The trading name does not change geography: this is a hill base, not a house on Saint-Tropez harbour.
Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel is a five-star garden retreat on the peninsula’s southern side. Choose it for time on the estate rather than stepping from a lobby into a busy town.
Royal-Riviera is a five-star hotel at the base of Cap Ferrat, combining seaside grounds with proximity to Beaulieu. It suits travellers wanting a resort setting without retreating to the peninsula’s far end.
La Réserve de Beaulieu is a historic five-star hotel on Beaulieu’s waterfront. A small resort town, sea perspectives and an established dining identity define the choice.
Cap Estel is a five-star hotel on a distinct coastal estate in Èze-Bord-de-Mer. A small room collection is distributed across different parts of the property.
Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco is a four-star hotel by Cap d’Ail marina. Its name refers to the neighbouring principality, but the actual address is in France.
Start with transport and your itinerary. Rail outings favour a town base near the right station; gardens and pool days an estate with transfers planned. Compare district, terrain and the specific room category. A seafront façade does not guarantee views from every room; spa and beach access may have separate conditions. Check restaurant and pool seasons for your dates.
